    Nose Press

    Source: JB ONeill

A nose press is a 50-50 (All Stances) ridden with all your weight over the front foot - nose pinned to the feature, tail up. It's the first real style trick on rails.

    How to do it

    1. Approach with only your front hand on the handle and keep it there. Reaching with the back hand turns the board off line.
    2. Keep the rope tight the whole way - the tension is part of your balance on the nose.
    3. To learn it, ride on in a normal 50-50 and lean forward. Once that's comfortable, hop on and land straight onto the nose with your weight already forward.
    4. Stay over that front foot for the full length of the rail, then Nollie Starts off the end and ride away.
