Your content

When you submit a comment, suggested edit, or other contribution, you keep ownership of it but you grant Progresspedia and other users a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, distribute, modify, and build upon it as part of the platform, including in future versions of an article that other contributors edit further. This is how a wiki works.

You confirm that you have the right to submit what you submit (you wrote it, or it's properly licensed). Don't paste copyrighted material you don't own.

The content here is community-contributed and not medical or professional advice. Use your judgement, progress gradually, wear appropriate safety gear, and consult a qualified instructor or doctor before attempting anything beyond your current ability. No warranty

Progresspedia is provided "as is." We don't warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, bug-free, or that the content is accurate. To the extent allowed by law, we exclude all implied warranties.
