Switch Corners & Full Rounds

Time to ride the entire cable park in switch. This means handling every corner and straight section with your opposite foot forward. Once you can do full switch rounds consistently, your overall riding will improve a lot. Even your regular stance will feel more controlled. Riders who skip switch laps now will feel it later, because every 180 lands switch, and every Level 4 and 5 trick depends on the work you put in here.

Make it a rule for yourself: one full switch lap every session, no exceptions.

Key tips

  • Dedicate full sessions to switch-only riding
  • Corners will feel different in switch, so adjust your edge pressure
  • Focus on smooth handle position through corners
  • Don't revert to regular when things get scary. Commit
  • Switch toeside corners are the scariest of the four. Give them extra laps
