Surface Slide FS90
The frontside 90 surface slide is a controlled rotation into a sideways position. Initiate a frontside (opening your body toward the cable) rotation and hold it at 90 degrees. This is the building block for frontside 180s and bigger spins.
Key tips
- Start the rotation from your lower body
- Keep the handle at your leading hip
- Hold the 90-degree position — don't let it continue spinning
- Practice from both regular and switch stances
