## What this trick is

Vairal kickflip is a combination of a pop shuvit and a kickflip, where the board completes a full flip and a 180 rotation under your feet at the same time!

## Before you try it

Get good at pop shuvits and kickflips!

## How to do it

1. **Front Foot**: Kickflip position, but you can experiment with bringing the front foot further back. **Back Foot**: Shuvit position
**Body Weight**: Forwards and over the board.

2. Do a pop shuvit whilst flicking the front foot directly forwards (or even slightly inwards) rather than off to the side as you would with a kickflip.
3. Lift your feet up and allow the board to rotate beneath you.
4. Catch with both feet and land!

## Common mistakes

- Only flipping half-way. Try flicking more inwards.
- Not shuving a full 180. Scoop harder. Practice shuvits again and then go back to the varials.
